Anyone have a WinXP install CD they can lend to me?

I do have a WinXP license; the numbers are on a sticker on this laptop. And I do own an install CD, I just can't find the darn thing. I want to reformat the hard drive and reinstall the OS, before I turn this laptop over to someone else. Yes, I could simply uninstall things that aren't needed, and delete things from the hard drive. But formatting and reinstalling is a more thorough way to avoid inadvertently leaving my own data on it, it leaves the new owner free to make their own virus scanner choices, and should make it run faster for them.

Yes, I know, I know, I could install linux on it. But that's not what this person needs.

My leg hurts

Tonight in the Feldenkreis class, we spent about 30 minutes walking back and forth while paying close attention to our right leg, and trying to make our shoulders do different things in relationship to our stride. I tensed up so much, now I am sore. It's weird because it's not like a workout, really.
