And what the network looks like. My guess is that there's a small inner ring--that was set up at the beginning of the joke. And now there are who-knows-how-many paths leading into that ring, arranged in a series of tree structures.

It goes back to 2003 and loops somewhere between 20-40 clicks. It takes around 40 or so from here to get back to the loop point.
