Why yes, I am cheerful and good natured
May. 7th, 2019 08:47 pmI installed an app on my iPad for MS symptom journaling. Every day I am supposed to tick boxes for which symptoms I had, whether I took my medication, etc. There's a box for how I feel, and the default choice is "Contented". For all I grumble sometimes, I have to say I rarely see a need to choose any other option. And there's a slider to rate my day on a scale of 1 to 10. I rarely choose anything lower than 7.
Is it weird to look back at a couple months of data and feel surprise that I am generally pretty cheerful? I guess bad days stick in my memory more than all the ordinary days which are overall pretty decent.

Date: 2019-05-17 07:49 pm (UTC)I got a good check-up with my GYN recently. My estrogen levels are a bit high, but she says that might be from one of my psych meds? I hope that doesn't keep my period going longer. But the Mirena IUD is giving me progesterone all the time (even though it's a micro-dose.) The doc said that it might keep my period going, too. :-/
