There's some loser about two blocks up the street from here, who has put three plastic lawn chairs in the street out front. Like the people in Boston or Chicago do to make territorial claims on their parking places. This is on a street that allows street parking on both sides, and rarely has more than two or three cars per block that are using that parking. Since there are rarely any obstacles, the city reliably plows that parking. All this doofus is doing, is blocking the plows so he'll be forced to shovel his street parking, himself. Idiot.

I'm honestly surprised the plows don't just plow the chairs right off the road. Over here they do that with wimpy mailboxes too.
