Coughing

I feel pretty much recovered. No symptoms left but the darn cough. At least it's a productive cough. But my diaphragm just aches; it is exhausted. How much longer will it take to clear the cold's aftermath from my lungs?

Well, if it's the same thing I had, I'm still evicting gremlins from my lungs 2 weeks later. So... there's that.

Depends on the plague you had, but this nasty one that had been going around it wasn't uncommon to go 4-6 weeks. Hope yours is shorter! An anti-histamine like zyrtec will help, and albuterol if you have access to it.

I got a nasty virus labor day weekend, the lung stuff kept triggering asthma like stuff for me, and it was mid December before I stopped coughing up crap.
