elizillaWho was it that was complaining about Fedex ground shipping?
The computer I ordered for Michael was shipped on Dec 3. Alienware sent me a tracking number for Fedex ground. The package left Miami FL on Dec 3. By Dec 7, it had made it all the way to Toledo, OH, and the estimated delivery date was Dec 9. But on Dec 8, it left Toledo and went to Nashville, and from there it went to Orlando, and now it's back where it started, in Miami. The estimated delivery date is no longer listed on the Fedex website.
WTF?
Last week I was concerned because they were shipping the PC earlier than I expected, and it was going to arrive here while I was gone. Now, I am worried that Fedex will not manage to deliver it before Christmas, or that when it gets here it will be hopelessly smashed up after getting trucked around to every state in the country. Grumble.
I guess I will call Alienware in the morning.
