Cat dreams

Today, Elizabeth was sleeping in the window next to my computers where she usually sleeps. She was snoring her little cat snores, as usual for that time of day. Suddenly, without waking up or moving, she started to yowl like crazy! I leaned over to touch her and she startled awake, wide eyed and disoriented. Then she visibly relaxed, yawned, and went back to sleep.

Must have been a heck of a nightmare. I wonder what cats dream about?
