Nov. 12th, 2004 02:50 pmToday I am taking a computer based course about sexual harassment. I have to take this course before Nov 30, it is required. The comical part is that I work at home so I don't have any coworkers here to get into these sticky personal situations with.
Update: I'm having a tough time with this course. I've spent too much time around people who make big distinctions between the definitions of "gender" and "sex" so I keep seeing nuances of meaning where the authors of this course didn't intend them. This is forcing me to read more slowly, which puts me in proofreading mode, and I keep finding grammatical errors. At least I have figured out how to turn off the sound, so I can fly through the slides more quickly without having to wait for the read aloud voices to keep up.
