Rear brake - I have it

Fixed the rear brake on the bike. It's linked to the sidecar brake, and the sidecar brake doesn't provide much stopping power. The linkage was limiting the travel of the brake pedal, and stopping it before the brake on the rear wheel of the bike came on. On Saturday I tried to change the linkage and failed. But yesterday it occurred to me to leave that linkage alone and just tighten up the rear brake so it would come on before the linkage hit its limit. This worked just fine and was easy to do.
