The project continues
Dec. 4th, 2013 01:38 pmThe neighbor across the street said they planned to finish all the work, inside and out, and be moved in, by Dec 8. That is when they have to be out of their old house. I don't think they're going to make it. But they sure are trying. Yesterday morning a POD storage unit was set down, and they got another dumpster. Only a little stuff has gone into this dumpster so far. No activity for the POD; I wonder if that is just stuff from their old place, that can't go into this house until the work is done?
There have been a lot of vehicles in and out. Yesterday two guys came outside and ripped the siding off one end of the house, and put up one sheet of Tyvek board. The rest of the exterior is still unchanged.
Right now they have one pickup, one van, and one car parked out front. Hopefully that means they have at least three workers inside, and those workers are making progress. Oooh, someone just came out and brought in a 4x8 sheet of plywood from the garage!
Go construction crews, go!
