I am still sick, and if anything I feel worse today than yesterday. :( This is why I hate air travel. Every time I get on an airplane, I get sick afterward.
What works for me a lot of the times is kicking temperature up at home, putting warm sweat pants, warm socks, a hoodie (with the hood over the head), and then making myself do a dance routine or workout routine with youtube. A good hour of sweating (I feel horrible for the first 20 minutes, but get into it after that), then a shower and tuck myself into bed. Don't forget drinking water. Usually next day I am feeling extremely better. Get well!
Maybe the higher temps in the hotel last weekend were why I felt better, almost fine, while I was there. I hate to turn up the heat like that in my house, though, since it's so drafty it would cost a fortune, and the air gets miserably dry.
I don't think BizClass would solve the getting sick problem, though. Even if my seat is bigger, I'm still in a metal tube with too many people, breathing the same overly-recirculated air, and I'm still touching things in the airport that have been touched by too many other people.
On the trip, I washed my hands with soap, so many times that my skin started to split and crack, but I obviously still touched too many things while fighting through the teeming airport crowds.
