Wow, awkward. It's like I am sitting on the gas tank and the bars are in my lap. And the gear shift is really far forward. I'm sure I would get used to it if I rode it more often, but the first ride was awkward. It accelerates like a bat out hell compared to the Ural, though, so that's fun.

No, it's not my bike - it belongs to pi3832. But he left it here and we don't want the battery to go dead, right?

I put a longer shifter on the thing. If you are so inclined, you can dig up the stock one from the boxes of DRZ parts that Eric has somewhere, and re-install it.

And remember: if you ain't hitting the rev limiter on a regular basis, you ain't riding it right. :)

My feet are much smaller than yours. But I don't want to make ergo changes to other people's bikes.

I think I should ride it enough for it to feel more natural, before I aim for the rev limiter.
