I woke up this morning convinced that someone was driving a car in my backyard. But the sound I was hearing was just rain. I had forgotten what rain sounds like. It is still raining out there. Yay!
I'm listening to news about the "midwestern" drought while it's dark with rain here in Michigan - does that finally answer whether we are really "midwestern"?
