Larry update

elizillaToday the nursing home moved Larry to a different room.
Larry's former roommate, Henry, was pretty difficult. He peed on the floor. He was restless, but he wasn't supposed to get out of bed because he was so frail. So the nursing home had an alarm on his bed which went off every time he got out of it, which was roughly every five minutes. He had a loud TV and if anyone turned it down he would start yelling. He would also yell when we talked in the room because it made it hard to hear his TV. He would steal Larry's clothes. He never had a kind word to say. It was just bad in there all the time.
The new roommate is friendlier, quieter, and more mobile. And Larry now has the space on the window side of the room, so we can move his TV to a spot where he won't have to crick his neck to watch it. I need to bring him an extension cord and a longer cable cord so it will reach. Margaret is going to bring him a bird feeder for outside his window.
This is a good change.
