Data mining is still weird

Remember when I posted about Amazon recommending a particular cat brush because I own a Nields CD? Well, tonight they are recommending I buy garbage bags, because I own a Stan Rogers CD. And they recommend _Old_Man's_War_ by John Scalzi because I own a Nylons CD. Perhaps this is true... I mean, we do have Scalzi's book, and we have garbage bags.
