And in still more news, Steve left mid-afternoon yesterday for his first ever motorcycle trip to the west coast. He is riding the 2013 Honda F6B. He stayed with a friend in Indianapolis last night. Today he visited a motorcycle museum in St Louis, and he just called me a little while ago from where he is spending the night in a classic roadside motel in southwestern Missouri. He's going to visit my sister in New Mexico this weekend and then continue on to California.

So I am holding down the fort here at home. I have more time to update my journal, and I'm going to read my book, watch tv shows he is not interested in, and I may even start laying out some of the train tracks.
