We were supposed to be done!

This morning I have a notice on my door saying that the previous owner of my house is officially in default and that Chase is instituting foreclosure against her. They want $153K.

I guess I better figure out how to fight this, because in 30 days when the sheriff's deputies show up to put my stuff on the curb, they won't care that I am not her, or that this is all a mistake.
