I wonder if they do this on purpose?
Apr. 9th, 2013 12:18 pmEvery April, Eddie Bauer sends me a "Friends" certificate that I have "earned" by shopping with them in the past year. It expires in May.
I wear their clothes all winter, but I never want anything from their spring catalog. I rarely buy pastel anything, and if I'm not shopping for shirts/coats/sweaters with long enough sleeves, or for flannel lined jeans in tall sizes, why go to Eddie Bauer? I can buy t-shirts anywhere and their selection is boring and expensive.
I wish they'd send me these certificates in the fall, when they are selling the warm clothes I always want from them. I wonder if spring is their slow season, so they send these certificates in April to try to build traffic?
