Already seeing benefit with the new office

It's well into the 80s out there today. Upstairs, it's sweltering and I'd have to run the central air or I couldn't function. And even with the central air on full tilt, it would still be kinda hot in there. But in the new downstairs office, I don't have to run the central air, and it's still comfortable. This office move may pay for itself very quickly, just in electricity bill savings. Plus it's green. Yay!
