Yeah, after I went for the shot, I went to the pharmacy and found a range of supplements. If you take a pill that's just B12, the choices run from 41667% to 16667% of the RDA. The multivitamins mostly seem to go for the exact 100% number.
I suppose that if they sell such megadose sizes, it probably won't poison you to have too much.
I bought one of the medium ones, with only 8333% of the RDA.
